Job Description

At the Rimrock, In-Room Dining (IRD) is not a convenience, it is a private, curated extension of our culinary and service philosophy. Delivering it well requires discretion, composure, and deep respect for guest privacy.

As an In-Room Dining Server, you are the quiet deliverer of comfort and care. You bring restaurant-caliber food and beverage into the guest’s personal space with intention, precision, and emotional awareness. Every knock, every setup, and every interaction is thoughtfully paced and intentionally restrained, allowing guests to feel indulged without interruption.
