- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Address guest needs, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, confirm bookings, and handle special requests. Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude, finding effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage) to coordinate services and address guest requirements.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's policies, services, and procedures to provide informed assistance and uphold the high standards of the property.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests in the hotel management system.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Guest Relations
