What you will bring to the role: 

• A passion for luxury hospitality and an instinct for creating meaningful human connections
• Experience or exposure to front office operations (hotel or hospitality setting preferred)
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solver’s mindset
• Ability to stay composed and agile in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with hotel systems (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
