We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while meeting revenue targets.
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food and beverage operations to meet financial targets
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to continuously improve performance and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and drive business growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant patronage and revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and service techniques
- Excellent financial management skills, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement performance improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive for continuous improvement
