Digital Distribution Manager

Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive distribution strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Manage relationships with OTAs, tour operators, and travel agents; negotiate contracts and monitor performance
- Optimize room inventory allocation and implement dynamic pricing strategies across distribution channels
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven strategies
- Oversee channel manager and property management system (PMS) integration; ensure seamless booking processes
- Collaborate with revenue, sales, and marketing teams to align distribution efforts with overall business goals
- Ensure compliance with distribution channel agreements and maintain quality control standards
- Manage distribution budget, monitor expenses, and optimize costs to ensure ROI on distribution initiatives
Property Management Systems (PMS): Opera, Fidelio, SynXis, or similar.
• Revenue Management Systems (RMS): IDeaS, RevPAR, or similar.
• Central Reservation Systems (CRS): SynXis, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar.
• Channel Management Systems: SiteMinder, RateGain, or similar.
• Global Distribution Systems (GDS): Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar.
• Online Travel Agencies (OTAs): Expedia, (link unavailable), Agoda, or similar.
• Data Analysis Tools: Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Hospitality Technology: Hotel booking engines, revenue optimization tools.
• Cloud-based platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Database management: MySQL, SQL Server, or similar.
