Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel.

• Ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life-safety systems.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure operational continuity.

• Oversee capital expenditure projects (CAPEX), renovations, and technical improvements across the property.

• Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and procurement processes related to engineering operations.

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, fire and life safety standards, and local regulations.

• Support and drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives aligned with Accor/Fairmont environmental commitments.

• Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in engineering operations within luxury hotels or large-scale hospitality properties.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy management systems.

• Proven experience in budget management, CAPEX planning, and project management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good command of English and Turkish.

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred).
