Responsible for the maintenance and growth of assigned accounts for Hotel des Arts Saigon: 

• To build and execute Sales & Marketing plan strategies in term Corporate Segments. 
• Regularly tell call and sales call to build good rapport with Corporate accounts, Association, NGOs, Consulate,... 
• In charge of accounts management and RFP.
• In charge of generating revenue of Rooms and also promoting F&B as per budget.
• Market analysis: customer survey, competitor activity, market trend & mix.
• Provide periodical reports on business status (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) 
• Coordinate with Hotel team to bring good service to clients, prospect in term of: bookings, promotion, events… 
• Network with the market assigned to gather information of the environment, propose strategies and execution of the strategies. 
• Responsible for the administration of each contract.
• Arranges site inspection for clients.
• Ad hoc roles, projects, activities not limited to the above duties and responsibilities may be required due to work exigency and/or added at management's discretion 
• Supervises Sales Executive activities.

• High enthusiastic & expressive voice with meeting people and result oriented people 
• University degree 
• Relevant experience at least 1 year 
• Fluently English and Vietnamese in both speaking and writing
