What you will be doing: 

• Assist with mise-en-place for assigned station.
• Prepare and assist daily food preparation and ingredients including chopping, portioning, and storing.
• Cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.).
• Prepare a variety of dishes including meats, vegetables, soups, and breakfast items.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP and local regulations.
• Support the senior chefs in kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and English communication skills with a passion for service.
