• Driving the hotel’s shuttle bus, transporting hotel guests to and from the airport, train station, or other local destinations
• Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, including checking oil, brakes, tires, lights and ensuring that the vehicle is in good working condition
• Adhering to all traffic and corporate regulations to ensure a safe and pleasant journey for the passengers
• Providing information and answering queries about the local area, including giving directions or recommending attractions and restaurants
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times to provide excellent customer service
• Keeping records of shuttle usage and reporting any maintenance or performance issues to hotel management

• Proven work experience as a shuttle driver, taxi driver, or similar role
• A valid driver’s license
• A clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of the local area’s roadways and attractions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy luggage
