Bartender - 16 Antlers Rooftop Bar

Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar is named for its roof ‘branches’ reminiscent of a deer’s antlers, our intimate space offers a haven of comfortable seating, a selection of boutique beers, cocktails, and quality wines, as well as impressive tapas menu. We are looking for an enthusiastic superstar to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate and represents our service philosophy. They must be open to being able to adapt their skills and in creating great experiences, all of this underpinned by being a true Heartist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume venue, and a passion for people and service. They must have previous experience in a busy bar environment & the ability to demonstrate their knowledge in cocktail making to a high level, to recipe & on request.

Reporting to the Venue Manager we are currently seeking a super star bartenders to join our dynamic team on the 16th floor “16 Antlers” creating memories for our guests. This role is suitable for someone who is experienced in a similar role & knows how to ensure our guests have a great experience.

What is the role all about:

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
• Create and serve standard and specialised beverages.
• Follow procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment.
• Set up and pack down of bar and venue to a high standard.
• Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.
• Work cohesively within the team.

• Experience working in a similar environment.
• Outgoing people person that can build connections with our guests.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid QLD RSA
