Position: Waitress/Hostess – Cigar Lounge

We are looking for a friendly, professional individual to fill a dual role as both waitress and hostess in our cigar lounge.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive (hostess duties)

• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists

• Escort guests to tables/lounge areas

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them (waitress duties)

• Recommend cigars, drinks, and pairings

• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge

• Experience in hospitality, serving, or hosting

• Knowledge or interest in cigars (preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
