Job Description

This is a senior global brand leadership role responsible for shaping how three of Accor’s fastest-growing brands feel, perform, scale, and evolve across the world.

You will lead the end-to-end guest experience vision — from positioning and design to F&B, programming, culture, and operational execution — ensuring that every property delivers both brand energy and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Portfolio Growth

  • Define and continuously evolve brand positioning, target guest, and experience pillars
  • Develop the 3-year brand roadmap and annual business plan in partnership with the SVP Brands
  • Translate brand vision into scalable models that support rapid international growth
  • Analyse performance data, market trends, and guest insights to shape future strategy
  • Develop clear business cases for brand initiatives, renovations, and concept evolution
  • Present brand strategy, performance insights, and growth plans to senior leadership and owners
  • Partner with Development teams to ensure new projects are on-strategy and commercially sound

Commercial & Operational Performance

  • Drive improvements in hotel performance through product, experience, and operational alignment
  • Understand and influence P&L drivers linked to design, F&B, talent, programming, and spatial planning
  • Partner with regions to raise compliance, quality, and guest experience execution
  • Identify where investment is required and build the case for product enhancement
  • Monitor brand performance scorecards globally and define corrective actions where needed

Social Spaces, F&B & Programming

  • Position F&B and programming as central engines of guest attraction and revenue
  • Shape how hotels attract non-resident guests and integrate into local communities
  • Develop concepts, rituals, and partnerships that create daily energy in social spaces
  • Ensure spatial design and operational practices enable interaction and vibrancy

Hotel Openings & Field Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key GMs and regional teams to embed brand mindset
  • Create practical tools and communication platforms that bring the brands to life for operators

Design & Product Direction

  • Guide the evolution of design strategy with DT&S to protect the brands’ social DNA
  • Influence layouts, OS&E, and standards to support guest flow, interaction, and experience
  • Ensure design decisions are commercially and operationally viable at scale

Marketing, Voice & Partnerships

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure storytelling matches the lived hotel experience
  • Contribute to visual identity, content strategy, and guest touchpoints
  • Act as spokesperson for the brands with owners, media, and partners
  • Develop cultural and commercial partnerships that enhance relevance and visibility

Qualifications

You are a lifestyle hospitality leader with deep operational credibility and strong brand instinct.

You understand how:

  • Design influences behaviour
  • F&B drives both atmosphere and revenue
  • Programming builds loyalty and local relevance
  • Culture can be scaled without losing authenticity
  • Brand decisions impact P&L performance

You are comfortable moving between hotel floors, owner meetings, design reviews, and executive presentations.

You speak the language of operators, designers, marketers, developers, and owners with equal confidence.

Experience & Profile

  • 15+ years in hospitality across brand leadership and operations
  • Strong experience in lifestyle-led hospitality concepts
  • Proven ability to build and scale brand strategy with commercial results
  • Solid financial acumen and understanding of hotel P&L dynamics
  • Experience working across international markets
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and storytelling skills
  • Fluent English required
