• Greet and welcome guests professionally.
• Manage guest seating and table allocation.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain awareness of table availability and guest flow.
• Assist the service team with guest requests when required.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area.
• Follow company service, hygiene, and grooming standards.

1. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused personality.
4. Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
5. Ability to manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently.
6. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
9. Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
