Job Description

We are looking for a Training and Commercial Services Trainee to support our team. You will work in the Revenue Management on Demand department to assist the Training team with the learning of the Accor employees and external partners. You will also support the Commercial Services team in various projects, ensuring comprehensive insights and strategies to optimize product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Services: Assist the Director of Commercial Services with organizing training sessions to support the development and knowledge of the Accor team. Ensure RM services catalogue is delivered when required and thrive to maintain standards and processes. Maintain existing tools and help with the deployment of new tools. Support the team in producing effective training material. Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline product management workflows. Gather and analyse results using RM services dashboards and report insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Product: Provide support for hotels by performing IDeaS health checks and/or coaching. Support can be requested by hotels directly, identified through hotel performance or using RMS alerts on configuration. Maintain regular reports outlining trends, customer feedback, and market insights. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Summarize findings and present actionable recommendations to the team.
  • Communication: Supports the communication to the RM team with aim that information is clearly understood and instructions are applied accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Participate in key Accor projects and help deliver company ambition. Collaborate with the RM Training and RM Commercial Services teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
