Job Description

The Talent and Culture Executive is a key role within our Talent & Culture team. The role is pivotal in delivering excellence in our colleague experience. The Talent & Culture Executive will be passionate about colleague engagement and building relationships across every department in the hotel.

The Talent & Culture Executive will work closely with the Talent & Culture management in a variety of areas inclusive of colleague engagement, compensation and benefits and colleague communication.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Internal Communication and Engagement:

  • To be creative and design our weekly newsletter that is received by our colleagues weekly on multiple communication platforms.
  • Responsible for ensuring all communication platforms are up to date inclusive of our digital notice boards, LXP platform and social media.  
  • Managing and responsible for designing and creating new content for the colleagues Instagram page.
  • Designing posters and campaigns for social activities and our colleague benefits.
  • Responsible for liaising with our colleague representatives for our monthly ‘Be Connected’ meetings inclusive of diary management, invitations and power point presentation.
  • Diary management: Liaising with colleagues for scheduling of events.
  • Arranging the celebration for colleague birthday and length of service awards.
  • Responsible for all ordering of colleague gifting for colleague celebrations.  
  • To arrange celebrations for achievements and recognition awards.  
  • Assist in the preparation for events and colleague engagement activities.

Colleague administration and compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records to ensure compliance.
  • Update T&C databases and systems regularly.
  • Be fully proficient in carry out Right to Work checks and responsible for running a monthly audit on Right to Work Checks.
  • Responsible for preparing reports for Talent & Culture management, such as headcount, leavers, sickness & probation reports.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure the payroll processing is accurate each month.
  • Support the administration of colleague benefits programs, including enrolments and changes. (Heartists cards, Medicash, Eye test vouchers…)
  • Ensure leaver process has been completed and process leavers on payroll system. All trackers are to be maintained.
  • Manage all invoice processing on internal system inclusive of raising PO’s for Talent & Culture.
  • Responsible for ensuring office supplies in stock, printer paper etc.
  • Support with Time & Attendance, Locker allocation etc. During Induction
  • Processing paperwork and supporting in meetings for maternity and paternity leave and pay, on the behalf of Talent & Culture management.
  • Processing payroll variations and documentation ensuring accuracy.
  • Tracking all probations of colleagues and sending reminders to Heads of Department.
  • Supporting with leaver exit interviews to understand the colleague experience.
  • Minuting meetings and arranging transcripts for Talent & Culture Management.
