Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, Australia, for a maternity leave coverage from May to November. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's talent management and cultural initiatives.

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and update HR information systems
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing company culture events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the hotel leadership team, including scheduling and document preparation
  • Help with performance management processes and documentation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and relevant employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes quickly
  • Experience with HR analytics and reporting is a plus
  • Candidates must hold Full Time Working rights in Australia
