Snow Removal

Our Snow Removal team is a vital part of our operation, ensuring the hotel is in great shape despite the heavy snowfall Whistler receives in the winter.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting in November/December 2026, and ending in April 2027.

Starting Rate of Pay: $21.60 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.85.

Job Duties Include:

• Clear and maintain hotel and clubhouse driveways, parking lots, all walkways and outdoor staircases
• Clear and maintain delivery ramps, MacDonald terrace, and the Woodlands terrace
• Clear and maintain golf course maintenance building driveway
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

• Experience in using snow plows, road sanders, front end loaders and snow blowers
• Must have a valid BC Drivers Licence 
• Must be physically fit
