Senior Manager - Marketing & Product

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing and Product to lead the marketing, communications and product strategy behind the ALL Accor+ Explorer member proposition.

You'll own how we market to hotel partners and members alike – shaping offers, driving campaigns, and continuously optimising our product. You'll lead two direct reports and work closely with hotel partners, regional teams and strategic partners internally and externally.

What you'll do:

• Guide hotel partners on offer strategy, creative and performance reporting

• Support marketing campaigns for member communications and new market launches

• Own product initiatives – including digital projects, processes, playbooks and T&Cs

• Build strong relationships across Accor's hotel and strategic partner network

• Coach and develop a small team

What you'll bring:

• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

• Solid experience in product or partnership marketing

• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine curiosity about customer experience and capabilities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across interconnected global organizations.

This is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots between creativity, commercial thinking and people - and who wants to help build something members genuinely love.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in product marketing, partnership marketing, or managing loyalty/membership program propositions.
