• Supervise daily security operations and perform duties across assigned posts, including Control Room, Lobby, Loading Bay, Back of House, VIP Parking, and patrol areas.
• Ensure all security systems, CCTV, fire safety equipment, and security facilities are operational, reporting faults and taking immediate corrective action.
• Monitor resort premises, particularly Back of House and access points, to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a safe environment for guests and Heartists.
• Coordinate with Management, departments, government agencies, and emergency response teams during routine operations and crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident/accident reports, inventories, and records of keys, passes, radios, and other accountable equipment.
• Assist the Security Manager in developing, implementing, reviewing, and testing security policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
• Supervise and assess Security personnel, conduct security and safety training, and deputize for the Security Manager when required.
• Assist with internal investigations, emergency responses, evacuation drills, and other crisis management activities.
• Ensure the Security Control Room and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and maintained to required standards.

• Secondary school education.
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management, and Basic Fire Fighting will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
