Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sepang, Malaysia. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, supporting our sales managers and contributing directly to our organization's success. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your organizational skills and collaborative spirit will make a real difference. You'll develop valuable expertise in sales administration while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day operations, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and comprehensive reports
  • Maintain and update client databases with accuracy and precision, ensuring all information is current and complete
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage calendars for the sales team to optimize productivity
  • Prepare and distribute internal sales reports, track sales performance metrics, and analyze trends to support decision-making
  • Handle incoming inquiries for group and individual bookings, directing them to the appropriate Sales Manager with efficiency
  • Organize and maintain organized filing systems for sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  • Support the sales team in coordinating bookings and events, ensuring all client requests are promptly and professionally addressed
  • Process contracts, client information, and booking details in the organization's management and CRM systems with meticulous accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and consistent follow-ups to all inquiries
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, such as brochures, sales decks, and promotional emails
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities and special requests
  • Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
  • Track and monitor client feedback, ensuring follow-up actions are taken and documented appropriately
  • Analyze sales data and prepare insights to support team performance and strategic planning

Qualifications

**Required Skills:**

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and database management software
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Customer service orientation with a collaborative mindset
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Required Experience:**

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
  • Experience with booking or reservation systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and handling inquiries
  • Familiarity with sales operations and processes

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience with sales reporting and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of contract processing and management
  • Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
  • Experience with email marketing platforms or tools
  • Familiarity with event coordination or logistics

**Education:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
