Sales&Events Executive

ibis Styles Bucharest City Center (Romania) is looking for a colleague into the Sales Department.

• Organizes and coordinates all events held on the company's premises (conferences, training sessions, product launches, business meetings, congresses, etc.)
• Negotiates contracts with clients/beneficiaries
• Maintains client relationships before and after events
• Promotes and maintains the hotel's pricing policy
• Ensures effective online promotion of the hotel

• Higher education degree – preferably in the field of tourism
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning/organization
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong negotiation skills
• Relevant experience in sales
• Team spirit and collaborative attitude
• Communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented individual
