The resort is located near the romantic beach, with a long stretch of fine white sand and emerald green sea water, bringing visitors beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool atmosphere.

 


Job Description

  • Oversee both front and back-of-house operations, including wait staff and kitchen crew.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
  • Develop strategies for improving our customers's dining experience.
  • Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
  • Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
  • Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
  • Manage the work schedules of our restaurant's staff.
  • Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
  • Educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients. Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service.

      Other Responsibilities

  • Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management
  • The spirit, responsibility, and flexibility of duty shifts according to the Manager's assignment.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
  • Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
     

Qualifications

High school education
Good oral proficiency in the English language
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Competencies
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills
Results and service-oriented with an eye for details
Ability to multi-task, and work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
A team player & builder
A motivator & self-starter
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
