We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our reservations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling room reservation inquiries and bookings through telephone, email, online channels, and other communication platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide personalized service while achieving hotel revenue and occupancy objectives.

• Handle room reservation inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records in the hotel PMS/booking system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls, emails, and online booking requests.
• Upsell room categories, packages, and additional hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Follow hotel reservation policies and achieve departmental targets for occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Our experience and skills include:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Tourism Management or equivalent combination of education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant systems

Additional Language is an added advantage.
