Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator

As our Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful coordination of group bookings across our portfolio of 11 hotels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing contracted group reservations, from rooming lists and deposits through to post-stay follow-up.
• Acting as a key point of contact for group bookings and building strong client relationships.
• Ensuring accurate data entry, booking management and reporting across hotel systems.
• Collaborating with hotel teams to coordinate group requirements and deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Working closely with our Sales and Revenue teams to identify and maximise group business opportunities.
• Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

We’re looking for someone who brings both passion and precision to their work. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• A genuine service-oriented mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident, clear and engaging communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive, solution-focused attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Full, valid Australian working rights.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week.

This position is offered as a 12-month parental leave contract.
