Planning & Organizing:

1. Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.

Operations:

1. Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for major Preventive Maintenance repairs or service works
2. Be willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills.
3. Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
4. Complete the daily checklists as required.
5. Executes all plumbing and associated works to the highest professional standards
6. Performs the assigned tasks ensuring their implementation while working independently.
7. Acts on issues and concerns in the plumbing field immediately.
8. Control the stock and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
9. To have a complete understanding of and to adher policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
10. Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
11. Be aware of the a la carte services available to residents and skillfully up sell them as a preferred supplier
12. Attend departmental briefings
13. Work with PPR plumbing
14. Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of the hotel.
15. Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
16. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
17. Maintain strict adherence to the property's environmental protocols by driving resource efficiency across all functions, particularly through implementing measures for responsible energy and water consumption, reducing waste output, supporting sustainable purchasing decisions, and accurately contributing to required full compliance.

19. Perform as per OSM Standards, and in line with the Company’s Values and Core Behaviour.
20. To attend training classes as per schedule.
21. Shows fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.

**Job Qualifications:**

•  Professional qualification in plumbing or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair operations
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and technical systems relevant to plumbing applications
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
