Job Description

We're looking for a People & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our people operations, managing day-to-day talent and culture administration while fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace environment. You'll work collaboratively across departments to support employee development, streamline recruitment processes, and create meaningful cultural initiatives that strengthen our organizational community.   • Process and manage day-to-day talent and culture administration with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all procedures align with organizational standards
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive employee data records in our systems with meticulous attention to detail
  • Establish and organize personal employee files while maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation protocols
  • Prepare and distribute professional communications, including employment letters, policy updates, and employee correspondence
  • Develop and publish monthly employee newsletters and culture-focused communications that celebrate achievements and foster engagement
  • Organize and execute employee social, athletic, and recreational activities that strengthen team cohesion and workplace culture
  • Prepare and submit periodic talent, culture, and training reports to management with analytical insights
  • Track, update, and coordinate annual and probation period performance appraisals for all employees
  • Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries from employees and colleagues, providing supportive guidance and clear information
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers for rank-and-file positions, following established policies and procedures
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration experience
  • Conduct recruitment and exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback to inform talent strategies
  • Manage resignation procedures and employee clearance processes with professionalism and transparency
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and external HR resources
  • Attend all assigned briefings, meetings, and training sessions to stay current with HR best practices and organizational initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management with flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Aware about ODC Payments & Contractual Payroll.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a People & Culture, HR Administration, or similar talent management role
  • Excellent proficiency in English with strong reading, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in employee data management systems and HRIS platforms (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze HR challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Empathetic approach to employee relations with a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace culture
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards
  • Proactive and motivated attitude with enthusiasm for supporting employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
