Job Description

Executive, Learning & Development

This position will support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful training programs across the resort. This role requires strong facilitation skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to inspire team members at all levels.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new team members.
  • Conduct refresher trainings to ensure service consistency and brand alignment.
  • Support the execution of the annual L&D plan.
  • Coordinate training calendars and ensure full participation.
  • Monitor and track training attendance and effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records and reports in line with the company standards.
  • Support performance management and succession planning processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across the resort,
  • Support the team in engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development within a five-star hotel.
  • Proven experience in delivering classroom and practical training sessions.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
