You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. • Preparing the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes
• Preparing painting surfaces, including removing old paint, filling holes and cracks and washing walls
• Applying paint, varnishing and other finishes, hanging wallpapers and other decorative products 
• Cleaning up painting tools and supplies, replacing fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project
• Conduct routine inspection of premises and equipment and handle basic repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Actively seek to contribute to the comfort of guests and visitors
• Remain proactive and approach tasks and requests with a can-do-attitude
• Assist in record keeping and keep daily log of repairs and maintenance of assets and equipment
• Apply the Hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)

• Experience in painting and decorating is preferable.
• Knowledge about security regulations is preferable.
