Job Description

  • Oversee night operations: Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring smooth overnight service.
  • Provide exceptional guest support: Assist with late-night requests, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure security and safety: Monitor the property, conduct regular checks, and respond to any incidents.
  • Manage financial transactions: Process payments and balance cashier floats for the next day.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere: Represent the hotel with warmth and professionalism, even during the quietest hours.

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in Front Office or Reception (preferred but not essential) with a personality that makes a lasting impression.
  • Confident and approachable, building connections effortlessly with guests and team members.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, excelling in time management and clear communication, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Energetic and driven, bringing passion and initiative to every shift.
  • Comfortable working independently and capable of making sound decisions during overnight shifts.
  • Available for graveyard shifts, embracing the unique pace and responsibilities of night operations.
