What you will bring to the role:
- Passion for connecting with people and providing luxury hospitality
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
