Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about Luxury and Sales?  We are looking for Heartists to join our team.  Our newly established Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is looking for a passionate hospitality talent to become a fundamental part of our growing team with ambitious goals.

As a Luxury Reservation Consultant, you will be a key member of our Global Reservation Centre based in Barcelona, handling inbound booking calls and utilizing your sales skills to offer knowledgeable recommendations while reserving rooms and suites for our luxury brand hotels worldwide. You will leverage your expertise and passion for our spectacular, world-class locations and properties to engage guests in authentic conversations, driving bookings and maximizing revenue. Your ability to understand guest needs and provide tailored solutions will be key in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

What you will be doing

  • Responding to guests requests in an unscripted environment, where we are known as Heartists® (Heart + Artist). Everything we do comes from the heart, and you have the freedom be creative in your guest conversations
  • Having authentic conversations while you book global travel experiences to luxury destinations
  • Sharing your knowledge and your passion for hospitality, making thoughtful recommendations help your guests choose the right room and package for their needs

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Relevant Experience: Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism. Luxury travel experience is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Native or proficiency level in French and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers and new software.
  • Passion for Travel: Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
  • Active Listener: Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Solid understanding of service principles and best practices
  • Responsible: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Eager to Learn: Curious and eager for self-development.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and respectful in a diverse multicultural environment.
  • Availability : Start March 2026

Location and Availability Requirements:  

  • Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain 
  • 39 working hours/ week
  • We offer rotating schedules
  • Current opening hours: Mon-Sun 8am to 10pm
