Job Description

Reporting to Cluster Talent & Culture Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Facilitate company training programs and ensure standards are followed.
  • Ensure training materials are up to date. 
  • Ensure all team member training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frame.
  • Create and develop training materials and programs to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Follow all safety policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in the related field required, preferably within hotel environment.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
