Copenhagen – Paper Island With only a few steps away from Nyhavn, the 25hours Hotel Paper Island has found its home. The building is located on the island of Christiansholm, also known as Paper Island, which has developed into an urban destination in the heart of Copenhagen. Here, you will find relaxation and serenity based on the ideal Scandivianian island holiday home, awakening memories and sensations brought to life by Swedish creative team STYLT Trampoli. Room categories range from Medium to Gigantic and offer a retreat to suit every traveller and their needs
The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. We value effective cooperation, openness and mutual respect.

How does your working day look like …
Together with our Cluster General Manager and two Hotel Managers, the P&C Director is responsible for bringing the best staff on board and making sure that the team has everything it needs for both hotels in Copenhagen. Working in direct contact with staff, you’ll not only make sure that their salary appears in their account in good time, but also that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us. The role is critical in shaping the employee experience and fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our team ad Cluster Director of people & Culture (m/f/d).
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You’ve had several years of professional experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility, and speak Danish and English fluently
- You have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- You have strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- You have high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- You’ll bring to the job assertiveness, consistency and team spirit, so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
- You can inspire colleagues and support their development
- You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
