This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage staff, maintain equipment, and optimize laundry processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Lead daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution of linens and guest laundry items
• Supervise, train, and motivate laundry staff to maintain consistent quality standards and adhere to hotel policies
• Support efficient workflows to ensure timely processing of laundry items
• Lead inventory management of laundry supplies, detergents, and chemicals
• Coordinate regular maintenance of laundry equipment and promptly address any malfunctions
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve laundry-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including equipment usage, maintenance logs, and staff schedules
• Encourage a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development

• Proven experience in laundry operations within a 5star hotel setting, with in-depth knowledge of industrial laundry equipment, chemicals, and textile care techniques
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage staff and handle high-volume laundry operations efficiently
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
