Kid's Club Animator

Job Summary:

The Rixy Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The animator plans and leads age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner.

* Organize and lead daily activities, games, arts & crafts, sports, mini disco, and themed events.

* Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.

* Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.

* Encourage children’s participation and create a positive atmosphere.

* Follow hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.

* Assist in organizing special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal programs.

* Report any incidents or guest concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.

* Work closely with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.

* First Aid certification is a plus.
