What you will be doing:

•  Create memorable first impressions by welcoming guests with warmth, elegance, and genuine care

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements seamlessly to ensure a personalized and smooth dining experience.

• Escort guests to their tables and share the unique stories and experiences that make MGallery special.

• Anticipate guest preferences and handle special requests with grace and attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with the restaurant and culinary teams to deliver exceptional service during breakfast, à la carte dining, banquets, and bespoke events.

• Maintain a refined and inviting reception area that reflects the MGallery spirit and brand standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, transforming every interaction into a memorable moment

• Clear understanding of HACCP standards and food safety regulations
