Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a casual Guest Service Agent with the flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day per week roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
  • Providing local knowledge and recommendations
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel front desk experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience with Opera Cloud advantageous but not essential
  • Valid Australian work rights - this role is not available for sponsorship
