Guest Service Agent - Full Time & Part Time

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, personalised service from arrival through to departure. You'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay while working alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

No two days are the same—you'll be solving problems, creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards of The William Inglis Hotel and MGallery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
• Promote the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program and hotel services.
• Answer telephone enquiries in line with brand standards.
• Process guest accounts, payments and cashiering duties accurately.
• Maintain guest records and ensure information is up to date.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions and hotel facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming Front Office environment.

We know great people don't always fit one schedule. We're open to appointing either a Full-Time or Part-Time Guest Service Agent for the right candidate.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, confident and professional in every interaction.
• Able to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems (Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded).
• Flexible to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others while taking ownership of your work.
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
