- Orchestrate a connected distribution & e-commerce strategy – Aligning direct and indirect channels through a unified commercial approach, revenue management excellence, and a robust digital architecture (ALL.com, mobile app, brand sites).
- Elevate loyalty through ALL Accor – Turning loyalty into a strategic differentiator. Driving member engagement and retention through personalization, brand integration, and seamless omnichannel experiences, combining automation with the human touch central to the Heartist culture.
- Activate data as a competitive asset – Leveraging first-party data and AI to tailor guest journeys, optimize pricing, and unlock commercial opportunities at scale, putting insights at the heart of every decision.
- Embed digital across every layer of the business – From tech platforms to front-line tools, enabling smarter operations, deeper customer connection, and commercial agility, all within an asset-light, global model.

The Global Sales Information & Content Manager ensures regular, structured communication from Global Sales and RM to hotel commercial teams via appropriate channels. It consolidates key updates, tool news, training, and strategic topics into a consistent flow to Accor commercial teams, regions, brands and hotels. A regular summary of key global sales & RM initiatives will be shared to drive engagement and transparency. The role also aligns existing content into a unified communication stream, ensuring coherence across all stakeholders
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensure direct communication with users of hotel sales tools by regularly sharing updates, training opportunities, and relevant tool-related news through dedicated newsletters sent to users directly.
- Establish and manage a strategic communication funnel for B2B segment topics, including a clear calendar and timeline. Coordinate with PME regions and Lifestyle & Luxury brands (LL) to translate and cascade content to hotels effectively.
- Develop and maintain a regular internal newsletter to increase the visibility of the Global Sales & RM teams. Highlight key successes, revenue milestones, tool enhancements, B2B marketing activities, and other strategic updates for internal Accor commercial audiences.
- Design and implement an information process and technical framework to enable efficient communication between Global Sales & RM and hotels via regional and brand structures. Develop a clear communication governance model and standardized content formats.

- Tourism or hotel-specific education, university or school.
- Advanced work experience in tourism with a focus in chain hotel industry and communication.
- Experience in chain hotel sales is a needed asset with a minimum of 5 years
