Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. As a Sales Executive, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve ambitious sales targets while representing our organization with professionalism and integrity.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to maximize revenue and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on high-value accounts and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations that effectively showcase our products and services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform and refine sales strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management with transparency and accuracy
  • Represent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Stay current with industry developments, product enhancements, and competitive landscape to maintain expertise
  • Identify and overcome sales obstacles through creative problem-solving and resilience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Diploma considered with relevant experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methodologies, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven sales strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence
