Freelance Training Specialist – Learning & Development (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania.)
Are you passionate about developing people and making an impact through training? We are looking for Freelance Training Specialists to collaborate with Accor’s Academy team and provide engaging training sessions for our hotel teams in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania.
If you have experience in the hospitality industry or related field and enjoy delivering impactful training in soft skills such as emotional intelligence, stress management, and commercial mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
What will you do?
- Deliver training sessions to hotel teams, helping them develop key soft skills.
- Adapt and personalize Accor's training content to ensure an engaging and impactful learning experience.
- Facilitate interactive workshops focused on customer service excellence.
- Support employees in enhancing their performance through practical, hands-on learning.
Our ideal profile would be:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Training Specialist, ideally in hospitality.
- Fluent in English and the local language of the country you will be training in.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire teams through effective training methodologies.
- Based in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, or Romania (depending on the training location).
