Job Description

  • Supervise daily operations of restaurants, cafés, bars, banquet services, and room service.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and timely service.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise service staff.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate responsibilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
  • Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS system operations.
  • Assist in planning promotions, special events, and banquet functions.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Service.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, or Clubs).
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and guest relationship management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and hospitality software).
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality-related training will be an added advantage.
