What you will be doing:
At Sofitel Adelaide, you’ll ensure internal controls and credit limits are upheld, working closely with Sales, Front Office, and Reservations to maintain payment terms. By reconciling credit card payments and daily collections, you’ll identify and resolve discrepancies with accuracy. Performing audits and handling varied tasks, you’ll take pride in your role as a financial cornerstone. With every balanced account, you’ll grow your skills and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.
Your experience and skills include:
- Currently completing or have recently finished your qualifications in Finance and/or Accounting
- Naturally analytical and have the capacity to multi task
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has the confidence in communicating with various stakeholders as this role requires you to liaise with a variety of different groups at varying levels within our organisation.
- Understanding of Purchase Plus is advantageous
