• Supervise all hotel operations during the assigned shift, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies.
• Manage staffing levels, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor adherence to hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving related to guest issues or team concerns.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Prepare and maintain shift reports, including incidents, guest feedback, and operational updates.
• Support the management team with employee training, scheduling, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Ensure financial control measures such as cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management are followed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• BSC degree in Hospitality Management or relevant experience.
