Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve our organization's revenue goals.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of global markets, business acumen, and the local business landscape
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
