We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, marketing strategy, and team management, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual Sales & Marketing Business
- Lead and inspire the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring high performance through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
- Identify new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Wholesale, and Consortia segments.
- Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly performance reports while ensuring commercial objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel sales and marketing, with proven leadership experience at Director level.
- Strong experience in commercial strategy development, market analysis, brand management, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in luxury, international, or upscale hotel environments preferred.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
