To provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services for guests, Heartists, and hotel operations using the resort buggy, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and vehicle cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the resort buggy safely and responsibly in accordance with hotel procedures and traffic regulations.
• Transport guests, Heartists, luggage, and operational items to designated areas within the resort.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Assist guests with boarding and alighting from the buggy when required.
• Conduct basic daily checks of the buggy, including battery/fuel, brakes, tires, lights, and overall condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the buggy at all times.
• Report any vehicle damage, technical issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and transportation requests efficiently.
• Assist other departments with transportation-related operational needs when required.
• Observe all resort safety, security, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum education: Senior High School / Vocational School or equivalent.
• Valid A driving licence (SIM A).
• Previous experience as a driver, buggy driver, hotel driver, or similar position is preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle operation and safety procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
