Job Description

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include:

  • Facilitates, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the cluster properties.
  • Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapt current strategy as necessary.
  • Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI)
  • To monitor changing market conditions and to assess the financial implications of market fluctuations on the property.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan taking into consideration Market Mix, Occupancy levels, Average Room Rate & Rev Par, Yield management and revenue streams throughout both rooms and food & beverage.
  • Gives feedback on developing, implementing and managing rate structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis.

Qualifications

  • Previous Accor experienced is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong understanding or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, PC and office applications.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, yet respond to internal customers needs
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
