Catering Coordinator

• Pay Rate Range: $25.00-$28.00 USD Gross per hour.

Reporting to the Director of Catering& Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

• Actively support the role of the Conference Services and Catering Managers
• Prompt response to client inquiries
• Comprehensive management of Delphi
• Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance
• Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders, work with Managers and Clients for event details

• Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Delphi.
• Experience with Opera is plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Result oriented and highly motivated
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
