Job Description

Now, we’re looking for a strong, results-driven leader to take on the newly created role of Business Development Director – Procurement. This is an unprecedented opportunity to drive more focus on growth, expand the AStore, and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

As Business Development Director – Procurement, you will:

  • Lead and execute a game-changing business development strategy, securing new clients and growing existing relationships.
  • Drive new revenue streams, increasing AStore’s reach and ensuring procurement becomes a true business partner.
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to align procurement services with business needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales approach, focusing on long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Oversee the commercial shift from a rebate model to transaction-based revenue model.
  • Work closely with the supply team to ensure that client needs are met efficiently, creating tailored procurement solutions.

Qualifications

  • A strong, strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, sales, or commercial growth.
  •  Experience in hospitality is highly valued, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills—you know how to engage, influence, and close deals.
  •  A commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market opportunities into measurable financial success.
  •  A dynamic communicator and negotiator, capable of securing partnerships that deliver long-term value.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and can drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
